TiE23 Posted August 28, 2005 Posted August 28, 2005 I heard that only one cell prossecor really did the work, while the others did some semi-useless thing called floating point calculations, and programming for that many CPUs is not exactly easy. Developers already dislike having to program for the Xbox 360's three CPUs, 7 cpus is way harder. (its 7, right?) I've heard that both platforms are nearly identical is power, but the HDD (which you could say is pretty much standard) and Live is a major boost. Sony hasn't even announced officially about any HDDs.
