INSTALL HELP!!!!

I am trying to re install my Jedi Academy game and i am getting this message when i try to run it

...GLW_ChoosePFD failed

...failed to find an appropriate PIXELFORMAT

...shutting down QGL

...unloading OpenGL DLL

GLW_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystem

 

any ideas on why and how to solve it??

update your video card drivers.

My sister has the same problem. We have tried rolling back the driver, updating the driver (there was none), and Updating DirectX 9.0c. We also downloaded multiple Opengl DLL file's.
