I used the give item cheat for this and it did not work.

 

What happened?

 

Where in the game can I first pick this up?

Miras rocket launcher?

 

If so, isn't that equipable to Mira only? (been forever + a day since I played) But if memory serves it is. I suppose you could always use KSE to add it to your inventory if it won't show up through the give item cheat.

 

It's aquired when (yeah you guessed it) Mira joins the team.

You can't equip the Wrist Launcher unless you have the required Weapon Feat (Wrist Mounted Rockets)

 

Because it's not a normal choosable feat (restricted to Mira only), you'll need to use KSE (KotOR Savegame Editor) in order to give your PC (or Party member) the proper feat.

There are other ways to make it accessible, but using KSE is by far the most "user-friendly"
