Fun With Anagrams

I'm doing a project on the English language, my subject being anagrams. I never really appreciated how amazing they are until I started this project.

I thought we could try something similar to the trivia threads, only with anagrams. One person will post a word, and the rest of us will try to rearrange the letters to come up with as many anagrams as possible. The rules will be as follows:

 

1) English words are preffered, but words from any [Earth - no Klingon or anything like that] language are acceptable as long as they abide by the rest of the rules below.

 

2) No offensive words from any language whatsoever.

 

3) No abbreviations, though that should be a given.

 

4) If a word has not been answered in three or more days, then anyone can post a new word.

 

5) The format for the words will be:

 

Evil=

Vile

Veil

Live

etc.
