[*]Bastila: 25/27 (she seems to be a bit younger then Revan)

[*]Mission: 21 (she seems to be around 16 in the first game)

Actually Mission is 14 as others have pointed out. Here is the proof.

And Bastila is young because Mission makes a comment that she's not much older than her when Mission was asking Bastila if she uses the Force just for fun.

My guess would be that the Exile is about 35 years or so, given the clues sprinkled throughout the games. It's hard getting a good view of the timeline of the KotOR games though since the games contain contradicting information on several points.

Maybe for you but I happen to be 31 (will be 32 in a few months) and I get comments about my not looking my age. I've been told I look like I'm between the ages of 20-23, depending on the person.

Seems like I'm not alone. I've been asked more than once if I wanted a youth fare for bus and train rides, though I'm 10 years older than that age limit. It can be hard to judge how old some people are, apparently. :)

And as has been mentioned, the Exile hasn't aged physically since contracting her "condition", so she should, storywise, look 10+ years younger than she is.

Assambeling an army would take time, but he had the Starforge, so let's say 10 years.

Revan did not assemble an army/fleet from scratch. She was put in charge of 1/3 of the Republic fleet when joining the war against the Mandalorians. After the end of that war, Revan took the majority of the Republic fleet under her command into the unknown regions, and disappeared for almost a year. After that she returned, as Darth Revan, along with her formerly Republic fleet which was now bolstered with Starforge-manufactured ships as well. This is told in the first KotOR game.

So, not even a year passed between the discovery of the Star Forge and the New Sith invasion of the Republic.

We know he [The Exile] supported Revan from the start, as seen in the Tomb scene.

I wouldn't take anything seen in those tomb "flashbacks" too seriously, since they are an attempt at manipulating the Exile, messing with her mind. The presence of Bastila in the first sequence strongly contradicts what she herself said in the first game, for example. She was too young at the time to even consider (or be considered) to join Revan's cause.

He didn't have the rank of Knight though, since all the masters mumble about him.her leaving before he/she was ready.

The Exile was a Jedi Knight (who helped with training young initiates at the Dantooine academy) before joining Revan in the Mandalorian War, this is mentioned several times during the game. If you, as a female Exile, speak to the Disciple about everything he has to say, there is little doubt about that fact.
