Flying Beastie Posted March 10, 2001 Share Posted March 10, 2001 The purpose of the School System is to perpetuate society, to turn people into productive, non-questioning workers able to remember and repeat facts and orders and to turn out eight pages of gibberish on command. "Learning" is what you do on your own time. That said however, I'm <strike>enjoying</strike> tolerating University life. Most of my classes are easy, I generally only have one dictatorial idiot-teacher per semester, and, as I've said before, there's a babe in my English Lit. class. ------------------ "Do fish-people eat fish, or would that be like humans eating monkeys?"
