would it be possible when the exile makes his lightsaber to actually be able to custemize the hilt completly like make three seperate parts of the hilt section by section or would that be really complicated im not sure yet again but can this be done

Since lightsaber hilts are single mesh you need a hilt for every possible combinations.

Well, there is the USM but I think thats the closest thing you're gonna find right now =/

yeah the usm is probably the greatest mod ive seen created for kotor2 in my opinion ive been through it a few times and still havent gotten all the sabers but like i said it was a thought i was browsing google for lightsaber models and seen that customize lightsaber toy it has like thirty different configurations and thought hey that would be cool but as oldflash pointed out it would take alot of time to create each combo

Its not super custom like what you asked, but you could always mod up your own hilt, add it to a custom crystal and stick it some where in the game.... say like off a droid on Dantooine or in your locker on the Harbringer.... ect

In TSL Enhanced I plan on the hilt you get when you build your saber being different then any other hilt but what you suggest would be difficuilt I might have a choice of 3-4 different hilts when making your hilt but that is about as far as I will probebly go.
