Creysis
Looking at the numerous character skins avaliable there are various ones that i would like to use for my player character in KOTOR, but was wondering specifically how to add them to them game so I can swop between them and other skins. I've been experimenting with KOTOR savegame editor and changing the player skins using that (ie my character to the Revan skin), but wouldyou be able to incorporate custom skins into this? L0rdReV@n88
ok first of all welcome to the forums have fun. you want to start looking here there you will find all you need to mod kotor. next you need a photo program. i use photoshop but thats kinda expensive so i think theres one called gimp that works well and its a free download somewhere. after you get a look at that if you need some help you should start at the great tutorials found here. then if you still need help ask your fellow modders thats why were here i think..... yeah ok check out those out and hope these help and again welcome
Darkkender
If your looking to swap in and out various different skins then here is what you need to do. 1st) Get KMM(Kotor Mod Manager) 2nd) Download the various skin mods you are wanting to use in your game. Extract them to there own seperate folders.(Not in Overide since we'll be using KMM) 3rd) Start up KMM and Choose the version of KOTOR that your Playing. 4th) Use the Add mod buttons & features to add your mods to the list. 5th) Once all of the mods that you want to make use of are added to the list start plugging them in with KMM. KMM will prompt you if any of them conflict. 6th) Play your game. Later you can load backup KMM and deactivate one mod and activate another for skins and keep going.
