wuyanxu Posted March 4, 2006 Share Posted March 4, 2006 i totally love this game, thanks for this amazing game, LocasArt. but going to/from main menu is abit long, the main problem is loading the space battle. i personally want to jump into the battle ASAP, so i always diable those sort of fancy menu things (eg, in HL2) and also because my computer's quite slow to today's standard (1.2GHz CPU, so loading saved game can take about 30s) so could anyone give us some tips on how to disable the main menu's space battle background? i'd be greatful. All you need to do is open gameconstants.xml and change: <Main_Menu_Demo_Attract_Mode> Yes </Main_Menu_Demo_Attract_Mode> to <Main_Menu_Demo_Attract_Mode> No </Main_Menu_Demo_Attract_Mode> That should disable it.
