Best Mod?

Ive been of the modding scene for quite a while and i have come back to loads of new mods and i was wondering which MOD is the best out at the moment?

Theres lots but its too early to tell until the Mod tools are actually released.

i'd go with total realsim 2.1 if i were u,it is totally the best(few bugs-all will be fixed in v2.11-coming out in like a day)
