Problems in onderon [spoiler... i think]

Hi I am having problems in the palace on onderon. When i have beaten the jedi master near the queen it wont let me leave it just says you cannot leave while the battle is in progress and then it moves me back to where i was fighting and knocks me over just as if the jedi master was stood there but he isnt hes dead on the floor

 

Please help i desperatly want to continue my game and i dont want to start over

on another note, why the hell won't master vrook die? he just wont even get hurt!

Nevermind people for some reason the save file has been deleted, il start again, thanks anyway
