assassin man
I thought the razputin.net enemy descriptions were a little short, so I decided it would be a good idea to fill in all the other enemies that the game has. Strongarm Censors: These guys are tough, really tough. Unless you have full health, punching them isn't a good idea. You're best off turning invisible and hitting them at a distance, and even then it'll take a couple of times to defeat them. By the time you meet these surly censors, you'll have the power necessary to kick their muscly butts. Cannon Men (whatever the name is): These little war pieces dot the landscape in Fred's mind. They shoot cannon after cannon and can move as well. The thick shell armor of these french foes makes a psi-blast ineffective, but just one good swipe reveals their wick, which you can light for a good blast, and a ton of arrowheads as a reward. The Phantom: The rugged and romantic scoundrel in Gloria's Theater is a mysterious entity known as the Phantom. He'll drop sandbags as you make your way to the top of the catwalks. The only weakness he has is light, which will teach you an illumination technique helpful in defeating your next foe. Jasper: The oaf of a critic has taken enough, and turns the theater into an arena to fight Raz. Out of his pens shoot words that do hurt you, and he'll summon the dark theater players to assist him. You'll have to psi-float up to the hanging catwalk, where three magnifiers require candles to light and blind the windbag long enough to punch him. El Odio: Spanish for "the hatred", this bull rampages through Edgar's mind, causing his bullfight obsession. El Odio can't be attacked with psi powers except for Confusion. He's helpful if you need a quick lift downtown, or to smash some annoying censors and demons along the way. If you see him in the ring, those sharp pointy things could hurt if you were to throw them into his leathery hide. Dingo: He's a Matador with an ego as big as his jaw. He can teleport and swipe with his sword, but if you were able to make him delusional, you could fling some sharp sticks into his perky butt. Lobster: This annoying main course crawls on the floor of Lake Oblongata, pinching anything close enough. A good punch breaks its exoskeleton. Sucker Fish: Like the Lobster, this fish can accidentally fall through the mucus bubble the hideous hulking lungfish calls home, and when in there it'll suck anyone who gets near it. a jump in the air and a punch on the ground will make him get out of your hair. Clam: Just stay out of its mouth or it'll snap at you, making it the weakest enemy in the deep lake. But it can help catch things that swing wires and lures in your direction. Deadly Plant: this purple vine-like bush hides in the woods of the Brain Tumbler Experiment, ready to reach out and take a bite out of you. You can spot these by their blinking eyes, and take care of them in a variety of ways. A punch works well. Knife-Throwers: These ugly parapalegics in Meat Circus aim well, and can hit you with a knife at a distance. If you're riding the Tunnel of Love, turn on invisibility to avoid being hit. If you're in the tent, they provide the only means of getting higher. Just stand next to a spinning wheel and turn your shield on, the knife will bounce off and stick to the wheels. For a higher wheel, double jump while he aims. Just don't become the target! The Butcher: This nightmarish, but accurate vision of Maury's dad dominates the Big Top. Keep running and shielding yourself, but let him get reasonably close, so when he misses, you can run up his arm and punch his fat head. If his meat cleavers are on fire, throw a flaming juggling pin so his head comes to you. Invisibility will stop him, allowing him to be an easy target. The Butcher Dad Monster: The ultimate bad guy, a horrible twisted mix of two nightmarish visions rolled into one. But you got an ace up your sleeve. Keep punching hard til the nightmare goes away, and find a way to stay safe when you're recharging. Kochamara: Someone you know is inside the suit, challenging you to an epic monster fight. His variety of overly intricate and delayed power moves can be used against him if you protect yourself with the right timing.
Klia
It would be a good idea as to give tips on how to defeat them and where they are featured. But otherwise you really put thought and personality into these descriptions.
DarthAve
I love how you described The Phantom as "Rugged" and "Romantic". 2 and 1/2 stars. You only lost that half for trying to make the Phantom of the Playhouse sound like the sweet, organ playing, opera house haunting fiend that we all love a little on the inside. DarthAve
Oh wow. That reminds me of Paranoidish. Is that a good thing??? I mean, I know it's really kinda out there-ish, but whatever.
Klia
Is that a good thing??? I mean, I know it's really kinda out there-ish, but whatever. Slightly..Paranoidish was a good poster with far out ideas, which did give the topics she posted a distinct flavour. But for the villians bios..I'd like to know where this is going and when..unless you don't plan to use these.
