I dont think these will be to hard.

First: I would like to have a new head which is sesshoumaru's from inuyasha and his hands.

Second: for armor I would like to it be sesshoumaru's clothes which I think should have very high defense.

Third: I would like the toukijin which would increase his attack and his strength stat.

Yeah, and you didn't even mention how hard redoing hands is. I dunno if it's even possible because I don't know if remodelling hands is a doable thing.

 

And unless Oldflash comes here and decides to do your sword request... (Or Mono!) there're not many more modders who want to or even know how to model that sword.
