That means that everyone else will to b/c the Israelis will trade them with other countries, who will share it with others. Either that, or someone (fool or traitor?) will lose/leave out a computer w/sensitive info which will then fall into the hands of our enemies and others. Espionage often works quite nicely to truncate your own development schedule and either keep reasonably current with your competitors and/or enemies. Maybe even to jump ahead of them.
