for the past five play throughs on tsl ive not found one sith battle and ive always treated this armour as attons own special armour because of its stealth advantages does any one know how i can find easily because im strting a new game this weekend as a male exile.

There's no way of making sure you get it, as TSL has the random loot system, and it's integrated with that. For some reason I think there's a merchant somewhere that sometimes sells it, though, so don't forget to shop around. I could be wrong though. If you absolutely have to have it, you can use cheat codes, or KSE, to add it to your inventory.

the realy stupid rodian on telos sells it almost all the time just do the dark sided black market quest

You could always use KOTOR Savegame Editor.

KSE or KotOR Savegame Editor is a utility made by tk102 that will allow you to adjust many aspects of your game. From inventory, skills, stats, etc. etc.
