Naso
I brought a huge fleet to this mission, sneak the shuttle around, blast all the spacedocks and everything else, but the reinforcements keep coming. I took out all the large rebel ships and the millenium falcon and that goal dropped off, though some mc's kept coming for a while, and until I finally lost the eclipse there was a steady stream of marauders and xwings and so-on. The big problem is the imperial reinforcements. I've taken out about 20 ISD's if not many more along with lots of other things, and they just keep coming and dropping lots of fighters. I've long since run out of anything that can take out fighters, and they just keep coming. It started to mix in acclamators and vsd's before I died, but I'm pretty sure I took out more than was in that backdrop fleet in RotJ with no sign of it ending. Am I doing something wrong or do I just need to sell absolutely every unit I have to max out the unit cap on a fleet of fighters?
thedoctor44
Very strange...did the Anhilator (Super Star Destroyer) jump in with it's escorts (3 or 4 ISDs)? If not, sounds like you need to restart the mission. Also remember on Medium or Hard difficulties the enemy builds A LOT more ships...or at least, they did in EAW and do seem to in FoC too. Best I can suggest is that you re-start.
Naso
Eh, second time it worked. That was all after the ssd came in though. Nowhere near the number of reinforcements. It was really frustrating trying to take out 40 squads of fighters with a bunch of those 2-shot special weapon ships and one corvette the first time though... nobodyspecialis
I'm stuck on this mission. I bring the shuttle to the Eclipse, to the green dot on the map, but nothing, it just flies around and around. Is there a specific point the shuttle needs to get to? nobodyspecialis
I'm confused now, I thought the shuttle with the blue arrow is the one I'm suppose to bring to the eclipse. There's another shuttle I need to use? I'm really lost on this mission now.
jedi jim 1989
i think if you just send the shuttle to the top left corner of the map, but not near the stations, then it gets there, thats wat i did, just clicked on the far end of the mini map where the eclipse was
Titanius Anglesmith
All you have to do is destroy the 3 stations while keeping the shuttle safe. Then after the stations are gone, take the shuttle up to the Eclipse.
mosherboyuk
The way I did it is just take the shuttle from the bottom right corner to the top right corner then above the top to the right of the Eclipse, but take some ships up to the third Space Station that's on the right so it doesn't shoot at your shuttle. Then the Eclipse should be caught, how you defend the Eclipse and defeat the Imperials and Alliance is up to you, it's not easy, but it's at the end of the Campaign so it's not meant to be
Darth Raum
I did it in the order of, moving my huge fleet in to battle the Imperials, while moving my shuttle up the side of the map over to the Eclipse. Then I hit the Millenium Falcon, then I took out the imperial bases, then the Super Star Destroyer, then I realised I could use the Eclipse' superlaser XD. After that all I did was waste the big ships and sen mine to take out fighters.
