HK-42
Enter the 2007 Star Wars Fan Film Award Competition! Star Wars moviemakers: imagine your movie watched by thousands of viewers in person, by millions online, and potentially by Star Wars writer/director George Lucas himself! It could happen to you if your Star Wars movie original is selected as a finalist in the 2007 Star Wars Fan Film Awards. The Star Wars Fan Film Awards are in their sixth year, and the best entries will be featured at Star Wars Celebration IV, May 24-28 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Moviemakers will compete for one of the rare Star Wars Fan Film trophies featuring golden droids C-3PO and R2-D2. The maker of the top movie will have the exceptional honor of receiving the George Lucas Selects trophy, chosen by the moviemaker himself. Those who enter the Star Wars Fan Film competition and are chosen as finalists will find themselves, and their short movies, in the spotlight. All finalists in the competition will be played at Star Wars Celebration IV in a dedicated track each day of the show. What's more, the best movies of the competition will be recognized at the Sixth Annual Star Wars Fan Film Award Ceremony, scheduled for Sunday, May 27. Always memorable, often full of surprises, the ceremony will honor the top movies of the competition, and feature presenters from the industry, including representatives from Lucasfilm. Get shooting! I think I made something similar as a powerpoint slide, but I am not sure if it would indeed work. I also may have to hope I have time...
Diego Varen
I won't be entering, since I can't make movies, but good luck to everyone who enters. Nice find Saruman.
