Sith Dagger
You can't export a proper XSI from milkshape, Milkshape does not have the proper support for vertice weighting, and has no support for Hierarchy, ResetXForm, or Aligning pivot points. Sith Dagger
Not that I know of, only XSI Mod Tools, XSI Foundation, and 3DS Max has all the proper options to create a proper XSI file for Carcass for assimilate into a working GLM.
