JO: Won't open Multiplayer

This is when the menu comes up when I first put in the disk. The singleplayer works just fine, but the multiplayer doesn't. It pops up a microsoft problem "jk2mp.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." It does this everytime I try to open the multiplayer.

Try to install and run it on other computers with same CDs
