Jojo Junior
Ok, I went to my karate class and my instructor asked if i wanted to be an extra in a movie, so I did it. When i went there, the actors didn't even know karate, except for the main character, but only a little. He was EXTREMELY (emphasis on EXTREMELY) snobby. He pretended he was better than me and the black belts...it was a bit pitiful...anyways, the movie is called "Bloody Mary" I think it's prolly gonna be a horror. The scene they were doin at my karate school was a flashback, when the main character thinks about his friends...awwww, how sweet, i'm gonna puke....oh well, jus thought i'd let you know...i'll sign autographs at a later date! Hehe, I'm gonna be famous! Well, maybe not... -------------- I'm So Shaky That When I Pick A Lock, I Make More Noise Than A Flatulent Hippo! raVen_image
They filmed the second Jurrasik Park in my area (Fern Canyon--northern humboldt county) At the time I worked at the hotel, where the cast and crew stayed. I didn't get to be in the film, but as the shuttle driver, I was treated to an invite to the cast party. Jeff Goldbloom, is a gentle and warm individual...and can he play the piano. The lead actress(can't think of her name) was a delight. I didn't get to talk to her at the party, but when I was driving her around, earlier, we talked a great deal...lots of insightful anicdotes. Kate Capshaw was a little stand-offish, but Steven Speilberg is as nice as he seems to be in interviews...(probably just his public persona, but I dont mind. I was with some heady company that night. My head swam without the champagne. But, the whole time...I wanted to see a dinosaur model, animatronic, or other...and never got to see 'em. How can I gripe? Just a crybaby I guess. I'm not quite sure...they first have to film all of the movie, then send it to Hollywood to see if they like it, and then if they do, it MIGHT be in theaters...one of the actors was in an Arnold Schwarzenegger (spelling?) movie, so, he must have experience....it might be a good movie, I dunno! Natty
The closest I ever got to a movie was ummmmm, not very close, a teacher at my old high school was in Moulin Rouge, according to my friend she had a minor role, I've seen the movie 5times and I still dunno who she is Ummmm Russell Crowe came from Melbourne, as did Hugo Weaving (I think) Nicole Kidman came from Sydney, Kylie Minogue came from Melbourne, Heath Ledger came from Perth... hmmmmm am I missing any famous Australian people? Actually, I know what the closest to TV I came to once was. It was for an insurence company and what happened was it was a really windy day (in the ad) and this huge tree falls on some womans car. Anyways, as I was saying, this took place at the carpark in my local shopping center, and I just happened to be there the day they were filming it and everything. I didn't actually see the tree falling on the car, but I saw it afterwards... there was this massive tree on this car, and I forgot about all the filming so I thought it was an accident, and not deliberate ------------------ Natty- The cutest Lil Aussie Devil You've Ever Seen
