I guess it was only me that got stuck in year 2 for so long I even began to think it was some sort of secret/important message to the player As mentioned Max mentions this if you talk to him in the office, but then again, if you missed the text in the picture, you may even have missed Max' office (You don't need to go there to complete the game.).
