Guest DarthMaulUK Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 When you reach a certain rank (Captain I think). You then buy them from a recruiter. Look out for cost modifiers. (+/-%) as sometimes it can be cheaper! I got mine with -30% off the asking price and watto wasnt in sight! haha DMUK
