rocketgun Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 i have downloaded MI4, installed it, and when i play it there is the sound when you walk or open the door, but there is no sound when you talk and no music and cutscenes. i have tried everything, but nothing helps. pleease help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thrik Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 If you downloaded it illegally then the chances are that the music, voices, and cutscenes were deleted from the download by whoever distributed it. This was a common technique popularly employed by people distributing illegal games a number of years ago as it made the file sizes much smaller, which was good back when the majority of people didn't have broadband. Your only real option is to either buy a proper copy of the game (which I realise may be difficult these days, although it should still be somewhere online), or find a better source.
rocketgun Posted August 17, 2007 Author Posted August 17, 2007 i knew it had something to do with the install.fully installed game took 588 MB of space. without voice and music it is no fun. does any 1 knows where i can find a full install and how much space should the install file take.
