hey guys, can you make a mos to use weapons in the head slot?,

Nope, stuff like that is hardcoded and impossible to change. At most you could make an item that lets you do extra damage or make extra attacks that you equip on your PC's head.

I'm not sure I explained it properly, all you could do is make an item that gives your PC a boost to their stats. It's impossible to make a new head-equipped weapon that you'd be able to swing about like the ones already in the game. There aren't any existing head gear animations and we're not yet at the stage there can be.

Oh man could you imagine if we DID get to the point to make custom animations? >_< I think we'd all die from laughing at the possibilities.
