My game won't start

I installed it fine I created an account and I logged in but I can't find anything to click on to start the game

If you logged in via the launch pad and have downloaded all the patches, you should be able to simply hit "play" and go.

I just have the starter kit is that a problem because there is no play game button

If the game installed successfully as you said, take a look at this page here, maybe that can help you out a little bit. Just scroll down a little ways....

 

Edit - if you haven't yet downloaded all the patches, that will take some time depending upon your machine. The game is over 4 years old, so there's a few updates to it.

What if we did update it but the play button never appears...I posted in tech to get some help a few moments ago...I think he has the same problem, updates go automatically, so even if your computer dumb...
