Buying K1 and TSL - Which websites?

Hello there. I was unsure about where to post this request but, well, everything seems to have its place in the Ahto Spaceport Cantina, so let's go.

I wondered which sites might be the best, in your opinion, to buy the English K1 and TSL (yes, the version most of you are playing) given that I live in France.

<p class="complaining">I got tired of all these translation mistakes, of poor voice acting, of using tk102's Converter Tool (no offense though, it's a fantastic piece of modding and I really must thank him) every time I install a mod, of having one half of the game writen in English and another half in French after installing the Super Enhanced Mod, of all the ? the KotOR Tool shows me because he can't recognize all the éèêîàâôùû, ... And because that would be much more interesting to play the games in the original version.</p>

Anyway, if you have any advises, they'd be welcome :) I don't like the idea of Ebay, given that they won't be new games, I saw them on Amazon but I don't know how it works yet...

Thanks in advance!

<edit />I guess that's clear since I speak about modding, but I'llsay it anyway : I'm talking about the PC version of the game.

I would use Amazon.co.uk since I'm used to Amazon.com. It's much like any online store. You put the items you want to buy in a shopping cart and then go to checkout to pay. At that time you'll be asked for the email address and you'll say you don't have a password. Then enter your name, shipping address, billing address, and credit card info to pay for the item. I find Amazon convenient for shopping online especially given the size of the U.S. Amazon store. There may be better deals out there.

Amazon does ship books and games internationally.

eBay has the "Buy It Now" feature in which you can buy the game new directly from a reseller, just like Amazon. Plus it often allows PayPal as a form of payment, which may be helpful if you do not have a credit card. Also some of the auctions sell the brand new copies of the game, so you may save some euros that way.

Just beware of the possible applicable taxes, duties and cutoms broker fees if you purchase internationally...it can bring up the price of a small item really fast. Local purchases are the best when it's possible.

Thanks for the advices. Now I have a question, not to be fooled on Amazon...

Some sellers proudly announce there: "Perfect state; manual; etc; DVD version"

Wait. I personally bought my KotORs with four CDs inside each box (three for installation and one for playing), why are they talking about DVD?

I thought it was just because the X-Box version is actually a DVD, so these sellers might have confused PC and X-Box pages...

Until I see this picture. It clearly reads at the bottom of the picture: "PC DVD-ROM", so what does that mean? TSL has CD-ROM writen on this picture, so which one is wrong?
