CX01
Hey all, just wondering what happened to kotor2.com? Did it get shut down? And also, does anyone know what the track playing in the background was? I remember really liking it and trying to find it for a while.. Has anyone recorded it or something similar? Thanks. Oh, sorry if this is in the wrong section.
Ctrl Alt Del
I assume you mean the official website? Yes, it has been shut for quite some tome now. I can't help you on the music thing, as I don't remember what was the music and it's against the rules posting links to copyrighted stuff. EDIT:Still, if you have the game, you can hear it there. CX01
Thanks for the quick reply. But do you know if the music from the website is part of KOTOr 2? It doesn't seem familiar to me.
Ctrl Alt Del
Perhaps someone else can hep you more, because, as I said, I don't remember which song it was. But I think it probably was from the game soundtrack.
90SK
If I recall correctly... Neutral = Dxun music Light Side = M4-78 Core music (unusued, but in the game files) Dark Side = Nihilus Theme (you hear the 2nd part during the Visas-Nihilus cutscene)
Sith Holocron
This site might be helpful in order to make your own soundtrack . . . http://soundtracks.mixnmojo.com/kotor2.htm Please note that M4-78 music aren't listed on the soundtrack, as it was implemented in the game. The tracks are available on the PC game discs however. Good possible titles for those files might be: mus_a_801 = 801dro M4-78 - Ambient music 1 mus_a_800 = 802dro M4-78 - Ambient music 2 mus_a_800b =803dro & 804dro M4-78 - Ambient music 3 mus_a_800core = 805dro ,806dro &807dro M4-78 - Ambient music 4 mus_bat_800 and mus_sbat_800= M4-78 - Battle Music 801= M4-78 - Landing Arm 802= M4-78 - Central Zone 803= M4-78 - Enviromental Zone 804= M4-78 - Industrial Zone 805= M4-78 - Core 806= M4-78 - Archon 1 core (ES-05) 807= M4-78 - Archon 2 core (IS-24) Hope this was helpful! JinSarigit
Miles sound tools wouldn't work for me as far as decompressing the .wavs, however I was able to listen to the said themes. I downloaded a majority of both OSTs off of GH.
