Miles Edgeworth
Sorry, if this has been answered before, but I looked a ton of places and couldn't find it. How do you change the format, that models are in? Like changing a .gmax to a .mdl file.
LORD SPARTAN
Sorry, if this has been answered before, but I looked a ton of places and couldn't find it. How do you change the format, that models are in? Like changing a .gmax to a .mdl file. You can't convert a .gmax to .mdl, but only if you import your .gmax in gmax and export it as an .mdl with NWMax. To compile and decompile .mdl files use mdlops. Hope it helps you. Marius Fett
Depends what kind of model you're using. You have to import a model of the same type from the original game files and scale your model to a similar size. Disconnect the old "original" model from the AuroraBase, delete the "original" model and link yours to the same AuroraBase. (If it's a saber hilt you link to the Dummy not AuroraBase) After the link selec the AuroraBase and export it. Then just use MDLOps to compile it.
