urluckyday Posted March 23, 2008 Share Posted March 23, 2008 So, I just finished Half Life 2 and Half Life 2 Episode 1 (soon getting episode 2), and this is my first experience with Half Life, and I love it. Sabretooth Posted March 24, 2008 Share Posted March 24, 2008 Agreed, and the awesomeness of the game will most likely make you forget the graphics anyways. Besides, the game doesn't involve a whole lot of character interaction or anything, so yep, it's one hell of a game buy. I'd also suggest you procure the Blue Shift expansion, as it includes the Opposing Force expansion as well and both are splendid expansions to the game. urluckyday Posted March 24, 2008 Author Share Posted March 24, 2008 I actually enjoyed the character interaction in HL2...it really drove the story along very well, and I learned to actually care about what happened to the characters (especially Alyx).
