(i mainly dont mod it cuz i havent made it off the citidel station and dont know the areas)

You can add a new Admiral on the Ship example Exile has join to Light Side new Admiral Republic or Exile Join to Dark Side new Sith Admiral on your Ship

to do that id have to use scripting witch i stink at and like i said im doing k1 and only might do k2

im gona do this with republic soildiers and jedi cuz it would be wierd to see your party members on a starship with only sith and them not attacking you
