how do you get married in the game i cant figure it out!

easy, say if u have a ring and the woman or guy (if you're homosexual) has a ring. u target you're soon to be husband or wife, and click propose unity and he or she can click yes or no

I always wondered that too, the other one i couldnt figure out was the homeworld box and date of birth box in the community window character tab. What are those for and how would you edit them?
