maja_ldm Posted May 17, 2008 Share Posted May 17, 2008 hi, I bought a WinXP version of Grim Fandango but when extracting the patch to pass the elevator sequence (and try to avoid crashes...) the game doesn't open anymore. Copy-pasting the files of the patch as described here http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=171217 works perfectly but the texts became in portugais. I'm playing an italian translation but I will gladly play with english text, should anyone post the files on rapidshare or megaupload or sendspace or such? the files are: -Data005.lab -DelsL1.isu -GRIM.TAB -GrimFandango.exe -Patch05.bin -Update101.rtf zipped directly from the directory of a patched version of the game thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

maja_ldm Posted May 17, 2008 Author Share Posted May 17, 2008 thank you Thrik, but it didn't work. the setup freezed copying files (anyway I've got no problems installing from original disc) and the launcher downloaded itself the pach but then it wasn't able to launch the game. it simply do nothing after receiving the command. at this point I'm in need of the single files...
