Rachel_Ewok
I hope I'm not a bother with all my questions.... @_@ Well, you see, if you have been reading my threads, you will know that I am working on a twi'lek clothes mod for a normal human character (for my Exile) and I can find all the files, but ingame it won't work. You see, I have edited the textures and everything, but I took a basic clothing .uti file. The Base Item in the kotor tool .uti editor is basic clothing. Now, I match up the texture varition, with my texture, however, when I spawn the item in the game, I come up with just a pair of basic clothing... What am I doing wrong? Am I not "allowed" to use a basic clothing .uti file? If not, what should I use??

You need to edit the appearance .2da to get the .uti to function with the required texture or an edit of the .uti with a gff editor. Edit: I would direct you towards this post again... http://www.lucasforums.com/showpost.php?p=1435249&postcount=10 Trust me it is relevant to you Have a play with editing the apperance .2da to get your head around things...
