Exile007 Posted August 16, 2008 Share Posted August 16, 2008 Well, last night Phelps won his seventh gold medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, tying Mark Spitz's record of seven Gold Medals at one Olympic Games. If you didn't watch the event last night, you should know that Phelps won the 100 meter Butterfly by about a hundredth of a second, crazy. I was in utter shock of how close this race was, I was pretty sure that taking an extra final stroke would cost him the race, being a swimmer myself, but I guess you should never underestimate the power of the Phelps. I don't know of any place that you could watch the race, if someone could post a link that would be great. Anyways, goooooooooooooooooo Phelps!
