razorace
I will investigate and try to find you a copy. If I can't find a build, maybe my Windows built .so files will work on a linux build with some tweaking....
Verlathor
Thank you.
razorace
So, the good news is that my Windows built .so files now work on Linux. The next step is to clean up the creation process. Unfortunately, I only have the OJP source code pre-OJP 1.2. :S
Verlathor
So you can't make an up-to-date version? :/
-=*Raz0r*=-
Oh are you AoF Verlathor? Anyway, if someone has the 1.2/1.3 code I could make builds for Windows and Linux. I don't even know what I have.
Verlathor
I am indeed. How'd you know? :s Is it not on the ojp main site?
-=*Raz0r*=-
(JAWA)Raz0r here =p I don't know if OJP has a 'main site' anymore (After the whole 1.3->Bound thing)
Verlathor
OH! Of course! xD Hi! Oh, I see...That's a shame...
-=*Raz0r*=-
I got around to making a clean native linux build for 1.2, by the way. Committed my changes to RA's repos.
razorace
(JAWA)Raz0r here =p I don't know if OJP has a 'main site' anymore (After the whole 1.3->Bound thing) Noone is really actively working on OJP at the moment and DarthDie has gone missing with the OJP 1.2/1.3 code. I'm keeping the light on in this forum and the official OJP repository is hosted on my server. Beyond that, not much can be done unless people actually work on the project. -=*Raz0r*=-
I'll make occasional commits when I stumble on a nice piece of code, and also point people toward the project in the coding community I run =]

Verlathor
Hey Razor, just tried to load that binary up, got this error message: failed: "/lib/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.7' not found (required by /home/username/ja/OJP/jampgamei386.so)" Sys_LoadDll(./linuxjampded/OJP/jampgamei386.so) failed: "./linuxjampded/OJP/jampgamei386.so: cannot open shared object file: Not a directory" It wouldn't show on the server list and couldn't be connected to via the ip. -=*Raz0r*=-
Sounds like the server you're running it on doesn't have the adequate C libraries (glibc 2.7 or higher) for whatever reason o.O It's not JA-specific, perhaps Google around.
Mantis01
glibc-2.7 is too new for RHEL 5 and CentOS 5. These support glibc-2.5. What is the kind of the OS development environment? Or we need just source.
razorace
hmmm, sounds like a linker issue. Razor, did you try the binary out before you posted it?
-=*Raz0r*=-
Worked fine on Ubuntu 10.10 back then, Mantis seems to know more about the issue.
