Does anyone have the time or the resources for making a code lyoko armor,weapon and force power mod, even just one mod would make me happy.

May we please have more info? Such as what game, some pictures of the armor and weapons, and exactly what do you want for the power?

As Far as the weapons go i would settle for the Giant Bustersword (both the light and dark versions) and the katanas (see screenshots). as for the armor see the screenshots)

still not sure about the force powers right now but i would like the mod made for The Sith Lords

It'll work in both. Or at least it SHOULD work in both. As long as it this doesn't use any assets in K1 that aren't in K2, just copy the files from the mod into your TSL override folder, use the cheat node to give yourself the weapons and enjoy.
