Adjusting camera height for screen shots

As seen in Darth_Sith44's screenshots taken for KOTORfiles Picture Of The Day feature, he has been able to get some quite intriguing shots that a player wouldn't ordinarily be able to get in-game. Might someone be able to create a program to more easily set the x, y, and z variables so someone could take screenshots as those shown below.

Those look like camerastyle.2da edits. You could get them yourself by replacing the DEFAULT row with Highview, QAVis or Chess.
