deadlychiapet Posted December 20, 2008 Share Posted December 20, 2008 I haven't played XWA in years and I recently reinstalled it again but I'm having a problem with the joystick. It seems that the setting to invert the y-axis just will not work and no matter whether I turn it on or off the in-game behaviour stays the same. I'm using a Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback 2 joystick on Win XP SP2. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Wildstar Posted December 20, 2008 Share Posted December 20, 2008 I'm not sure whether you mean a setting in Windows (Game Controllers applet in Control Panel) that inverts the Y-axis or the in-game option, but set both if you can, as one may override the other. deadlychiapet Posted December 21, 2008 Author Share Posted December 21, 2008 Hi Wildstar, I meant the ingame setting to invert the y-axis as there is no setting for that in the Game Controllers applet. However, I did get it to work today! I found the CD with the software meant for Windows 98 and surprisingly enough it worked on XP and it seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks for helping!
