The Sith Lords Movie Trilogy (A Machinima Project I'm Working On.)

So, one day, I saw three people making a K2 machinima movie trilogy project. (It was on another forum.) They inspired me to make my own project so I have a long development cycle for this...

The project actually began in December 2007. I was thinking of making my own KOTOR film after watching Kaydon Sentry's. But I didn't own a copy of TSL back then (For PC) so I decided to just screw the project. Then in March, I want to make a KOTOR I Trilogy. I had some ideas of it back then, but I didn't own the hardware and software to record from the Xbox. That, and I was lacking some editing software.

So, I got rid of that project. And I didn't decide to make a KOTOR movie till November 2008.

At the the time, it was a secret project. I didn't announce the secret project until late November or December. I don't know. That project was a KOTOR Movie Saga. I wanted to make an entire saga, starting from KOTOR I all the way to KOTOR II, but I can't make a KOTOR I Trilogy because I can't find a copy of the game anywhere (For PC, I own the Xbox Version.) so, I decided to just make a TSL trilogy and stick with that. (I got he PC version of it so.. yeah.)

I got around 20 minutes edited already. And I was also wondering if anybody here would be interested in this. If you are, leave a comment here or on Youtube or just somewhere else. I also got 4 preview clips on youtube if anybody would like to watch...

Please note, that this isn't a ''rip off'' of Lord2's project. I'm doing my own thing with my own ideas. So please don't say stuff like ''RIP OFF!'' or ''This guy is just copying Lord2.'' Because I'm not. There are a whole bunch of other people making movies based on these games and I'm just one of them.

This is also a non profit project to which I'm NOT making any money off it. It is being made purely for fun and for the love of KOTOR...

Sounds like fun, and I would definitely be interested in seeing this. I am curious though if you plan to include the original "cut content" that was not featured in the final product of TSL. BTW my roommate owns a PC version of KOTOR I, I'm not sure what specific files you would need in order to do your KOTOR I project but you can let me know what you need, and I would be happy to see what I can do :)

New preview clip. By the way, I hit a mile mark, 2 hours and 25 minutes. The Jek Jek Tarr and everything leading up to that are all finished. And I have a dead line. March 6th 2009. But that's just a prediction. I'm not positively sure when the film will be released, but expect it around March or April.

Also, considering about the mods I have used so far, I'm only using 6 mods for the movie. Shems Invisible Headgear mod, Admiralty Mod by KOTOR File user ''Kreia'' 90SK's Ultimate Robe Pack by 90SK (CaptainSkye), Realistic Nar Shaddaa Skybox by Sharen Thrawn, TSLRP, and PMHC06 Reskin Beard by Saskei. The modders will be credited in the ending credits.

Hey, thanks Rag. You helped me out a lot with my movie too. And there were a few scenes I couldn't do without your help. So, thanks a lot man! :)

Also, the movie is done and completed. But since YouTube can only accept 10 minute video files, the movie will be split into 24 parts. I should have all the parts up before April. Also, feedback would be really good from you guys as I worked almost over a year on this project.

Now onto to Episode II details... I'm about 80% done with it and the movie is set to come out on July 3 2009. Some previews, clips and a trailer have been made for it.

But there is something else that I will do that will connect to this trilogy. A TV series entitled ''The Tomb Of Freeden Nadd.''

This TV series will take place between Episode II and Episode III. It will follow characters such as Visas, Mira, and Atton, and that Mandalorian quest to discover the Hidden power within the Tomb. It'll sorta be based on one of those BattleStar Galatica episodes.

And there is a reason why its not in Episode II. It'll ruin the climax of that movie. Its not in Episode III because then it'll ruin the intro. (Yes, this sequence is cut from Episode III.) Filming will begin today. And there will be only 1 season by the way. Also, on top of all this, there is a preview of this series. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NdfGBgTDJQk&feature=channel_page

That is all I have to share with you for the time being.
