The sounds are just a modder's resource, nothing is placed in-game. Basically if you are a modder, you can use these files with the Gran model in-game. An example of this would be:

Zuulan Sentar on Dantooine, Genoharadan Quest.

 

 

It's an alternative to the Gamorrean sounds Bioware (lazily) used by default.
