Baja
I'm aware of this thread: http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=155743 But has there ever been a definitive method of extracting the cutscenes and audio together?
Thrik
I don't believe so. I do have video files of all the cutscenes sat in storage, which I shot manually as they played. I'll be making those (and a lot of other stuff) available at some point this year, but in the meantime I don't think there's a way to literally extract them. Longcat
what are you talking about? the tools you linked to in that thread work fine for extraction.
Thrik
They work, but it requires a bit of work to get them as an actual playable video — last time I looked at them the video was outputted as still image frames, and the sound as a separate audio file. I'm guessing Baja wants something that just works as is.
Longcat
True enough. But still, it takes max 5 secs to import them into virtualdub or the likes and have a playable video.
