jonathan7 Posted February 7, 2009 Share Posted February 7, 2009 So I went to reinstall TSL with a clean version for mod testing reasons, however every time I re-install I get an error on Disc 4 - which is a cycling redundancy check error - the CD is slightly scratched but no-where near as badly as 1: anyone have any ideas? Star Admiral Posted February 7, 2009 Share Posted February 7, 2009 I can think of only two solutions, well technically three. First, you can try cleaning the disk with either a cleaning or repair solution, that might fix the problem. Secondly, you can try using a tool such as Alcohol to make a copy of the disk. I know, that sounds illegal, but I believe the EULA mentions you can make one copy for archival purposes, and as long as you don't distribute it, it's okay.
