Could anybody create a mod which can give the female exile the look of the evil kreia (with the dark hood, like we can see it in the end of kotor II)?

Just to clarify, do want the player to look like Dark Side Kreia or to wear the same thing?

Do you mean a permanent look you can choose at the beginning or a disguise that you could put on and off (it sounds like the first but I wanted to clarify just in case as the second would be easier)?

I want to have an item that makes me look like the dark kreia .. sorry if I didn't write it clearly :-) I'm german, sometimes the things that I write things might be understood wrong^^

I want to be her when I equip that item (or whatever makes me look like her in the mod), with her hair and so on ...

Is there any chance to make The Mod compatible with Kotor I? Or otherwise asked, can anybody do it?

Not Darth Traya, that's porting which means putting items of a character into another game of the same era or run that they're not in already and it's illegal.
