Stormtrooper and BoS compatibility

I have the storm trooper armor mod and BoS for kotor, however, when i get the stormtroopers helmet, it looks like daemon drexel's mask. i am horrible at editing mods. can anyone help me?

I think you should edit the texture or model varation. I'm not a professional modder, but I have the same sort of problem with Matilda's Armband and my Cheat and Warpband.

 

 

Here's what I would do:

-open gff editor and load the "storm_helmet.uti" file

-search the line: "ModelVariation"

-change the Value from 99 to a lower number eg. 74

-Click "Save As"

-Don't change the item's name

-Now change the following files name:

 

i_mask_099.mdl ----> i_mask_074.mdl

i_mask_099.mdx ----> i_mask_074.mdx

ii_mask_099.tga ----> ii_mask_074.tga

 

I'm not sure of it, but I think it should work now.
