acdcfanbill
There is a good guide at http://www.portforward.com You'll have to find the model of your router and the guide will show you how to foward ports for jka. you can always use http://www.canyouseeme.org/ putting in the jka port of 28070 to see if that port is open. Also, you may have to setup your masterserver cvars. http://lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=143023

-=*Raz0r*=-
i'd recommend using jampded.exe, it doesn't strain your system as much. Also, raise the priority to high. (task manager -> processes -> right-click jampded.exe -> set priority -> high) Should be fine.
