Missing K2 dll?

Reinstalling K2 again, and I'm looking for the missing dll that stopped my previous attempts at playing the game, unfortunately, the link in the Work Bench forum seems to lead to a file that no longer exists. Is there another place to download it?

Also if you have a copy of K1 people say the one in it's directory will work too.
