Game stuck loading wrong dialog

I just reached the leviathan, beat most of it and reach my duel with Darth Malak. I beat him the first time then he locked himself behind the blast door. I went around to open the other door to start part two of the duel. After defeating him once more, when the game should load the part of bastila charging in and carth escaping, it load the dialog from the ebon hawk as your getting pulled in by the tractor beam, IE when you pick one of your party members to rescue you. Then it does nothing Malak is just standing there doing nothing. I've tried several times to fix this myself but i can't. I have some mods installed like Brother Hood of the Sith, recruit Kay, WoTOR are the only major ones, the rest are just reskins. If someone can please help me fix this i dont want to have to start over... again.

Try removing the recruit Kay or download the patch. I think that will fix it. Anyway... if it doesn't, remove all mods and install them one at a time, until you know which mod is the one causing the problems.

IIRC BoS and Recruitable Kay aren't compatible without tinkering; so your first stop should be looking at which files clash between them.

 

Most likely is Bastila's dialog file, though Globals in KSE may well be worth a look.

You were right. When I uninstalled recruitable Kay everything started working again. Thanks for all the help.
