Very rarely in the movies was there blood and gore....I think the arm loped off and luke getting a boo boo on cloud city oh yeah and the wampa dude tossing luke like a rag doll, but hey it beats the garbage being created today.

I think if you want blood play Quake or something but hey I want my Star Wars like I remember playing with the action figures in the 80's......woooooohoooooo!!!!!!

You must have had some school!

Personally, I think if they put that gore into it why not have units be able to crush other units? It's realistic. People got stepped on by ATAT's before. And getting stepped on usually there is blood.

I don't like blood! I don't like corpses either they freak me out! Any one here seen the Mummy? I was really scared of that one, I hated the corpses of the people after the mummy 'sucked out' there insides. I didn't like the Mummy either ;)

That would be cool I think but honestly now, would an AT-AT really be able to smush troops who are able to still walk? It is more feasible on tanks and wheeled vehicles that can turn on a dime but the imperial vehicles now way.

ATAT's have smashed troops before. I'm sure the troops are faster then an ATAT so it would rarely happen.

To Rommel...Wussy :D

Has anyone played any of the WoD games? They got some real interesting stuff (meaning gross to Rommel)

What does WoD stand for, i've never heard of it.

Anyways, you forgot about that tasty piece of tauntaun meat that the Wampa is eating. I don't know if that counts as gore though, it's jsut meat.

BTW, anyone ever notice that the guys arm seems hollow when it gets cut off, or at least doesn't have a bone.

AT-AT's have a maximum speed of 40 miles per hour, so troops are way slower. AND I'M NOT A WUSSY! :p

Ok, your right an ATAT is faster BUT it doesn't have the manuverablity that troops would have. hehe, wussy :p

WoD = World of Darkness. It's an RPG.

I just gotta clear things up:

ATAT's can go 60 kilometers per hour, not forty. (although they could go forty if they wanted to :D)

No troop can run that fast, so it is very plausible tht they could crush ground units.

You can actually see that in ESB. There's a shot where an ATST walks (more: runs) in front of an ATAT. You see that he's about one and a half times as fast, which leaves us with a speed of....90 kms/hours.. or something like that.

In the SW RPG ATAT's max. is 60 km/hr and ATST's max. is 90km/hr

Yes, that is correct. And, just in case he asks what the AT-PT's speed is it is 60 kph, just liek the ATAT.

Thinking ahead, tie? Thats a first :)

Really though, where did you hear that ATPT's go 60kph?

yeah too bad. When I first saw At-Pts (which was about when the Zhan books came out) I thought they were suposed to be better than At- Sts. By the way, I noticed something strang in this screenshot. There is a pre-At-At and a pre At-St. Wierd.

hmm, looking at that pic with just one xwing, the title imperial oppression is an understatement.

btw leon, you have pcgamer, did you notice that other smaller at walker? it's on the first page in the hoth battle.......

I'm looking at it right now. if i'm not mistaken, that's the AT-PT. it has a transparent cockpit from the looks of it. so in terms of strength, you'd have that as the lowest, then ATST, then ATAT. pretty straight-forward.

Yeah, they are a All-Terrain Personal Transports, so they are much smaller and weaker than both the ATAT and ATST. Besides, thats how it was in FoCom, i hope they are in GB too.

BTW, i get my info from countless nights of reading STar Wars Novels and the Essential Guide to Vehicles and Vessels.
