Codeluke Posted August 12, 2013 Share Posted August 12, 2013 Download the 1.0b patch to update to version 2.1 and then download the TSLRCM 1.8.1. As long as your hardware scan passes everything you should be able to run it no problemo. Your video hardware could say minimal but that will only limit the quality in game. You shouldn't have any trouble after the 1.0b patch. I use Windows 8 and everything runs fine. EDIT: I actually had one issue involving the 1.0b patch and TSLRCM because apparently I installed TSLRCM before I had patched and that caused conflicts with one of the 101PER_loc lip files.
