Fallen Guardian
So I was fooling around with a skin in Kotor 1 and trying to get Shem's skin on the helmet-less Mandalorian armor model and it worked fine until I tried to put it on a custom head. Then it just ends up being all shiny and black instead of the actual skin. Here is a pic. In the appearance.2da file everything is labeled correctly. ModelBtex is labeled Unique_Valins and the skin is labeled Unique_Valins. The skin name inside the model itself is also labeled correctly. Here are pics of my model files my appearance.2da and what the armor looks like when it is all messed up. Dak Drexl
Try adding "01" to the end of your .tga. When you have a .2da entry that corresponds to a texture, you need a number at the end. (ex. if your 2da entry is pmblm then your texture should be pmblm01) Also, where'd you get that model?
Fallen Guardian
You. I was just seeing what I could do with it. I'm not going to release it as something new or anything. Thanks for your help.
